Success moves faster when you credit the helpers — 2026-08-10

Two Black Earth (day and month) sits at the center today, with One White Water as the year tone. Under Risshuu, the first turn toward autumn, basics and steady care do the most good. It is a practical day: support the work, confirm terms, close loops. One White Water, Seven Red Metal, and Nine Purple Fire get the cleanest push; the Earth trio make solid progress; Three Blue Wood, Four Green Wood, and Six White Metal should ease off the gas.

Today's Star: Seven Red Metal

To today's Seven Red Metal:

Strong days stay sharp when you thank the hands that help. Credit given today opens the next door faster. Send one short note to the person who smoothed your path this week. Name the exact thing they did and how it helped, then make one clear ask while the line is warm.

Today's question: Whose help makes today's wins possible, and have you told them?

1. One White Water (一白水星, Ippaku Suisei) — Score: 9/10

Today's Palace: Southeast Palace Compatibility: Generative (Being Supported)

Today favors connection and movement. Your messages land and invitations stick. Reach out to the person you have been meaning to contact. Suggest a call or meet for a quick decision. Book travel or lock a date while momentum is high. Watch for overpromising or double-booking; keep one list and confirm times. Share clear notes after each talk so nothing drifts. If a thread feels noisy, mute it and return later. A calm yes now is better than three loose maybes.

2. Seven Red Metal (七赤金星, Shichiseki Kinsei) — Score: 9/10

Today's Palace: North Palace Compatibility: Generative (Being Supported)

A good day for commerce and community. Conversations flow and people say yes. Make the offer, confirm terms, and set a delivery date. Reconnect with a past client or friend and propose one clear next step. Share a small win with your group and thank the people behind it. Watch spending on treats or extras; joy can blur limits. Close the loop before you celebrate so tomorrow starts clean. Warmth plus clarity is your winning mix today.

3. Nine Purple Fire (九紫火星, Kyushi Kasei) — Score: 9/10

Today's Palace: East Palace Compatibility: Generative (Supporting)

Bright starting energy suits you. Your ideas catch attention and first steps stick. Publish a draft, teach a short lesson, or present a proposal with one clear ask. Aim for a clean start over a perfect finish. Credit your sources and check names, links, and times before you post. Resist chasing reactions in real time; move on to the next brick. A short walk will cool a hot brain and keep your focus sharp. Begin, then keep moving.

4. Two Black Earth (二黒土星, Jikoku Dosei) — Score: 7/10

Today's Palace: Central Palace Compatibility: Harmonious (Same Element)

A steady, grounded day suits you. Routine work benefits from patience and care. Tidy spaces, files, and shared tools. Support someone else’s task to move the whole group forward. Set one modest target, like clearing a small backlog or finishing a clean outline. Confirm times and responsibilities in writing. Avoid taking on vague requests; ask for clarity before you say yes. Do not rush to fix everything yourself. A simple checklist and unhurried pace will protect your energy and still get results.

5. Five Yellow Earth (五黄土星, Goou Dosei) — Score: 7/10

Today's Palace: Northeast Palace Compatibility: Harmonious (Same Element)

A solid day for structure and quiet authority. You can set boundaries and refresh rules without drama. Update a process, clean a bottleneck, or archive what no longer serves. Call a short huddle to clarify who decides what. Invite feedback before you finalize; calm buy-in is worth the time. Avoid over-controlling small details; give people room to execute. Close loops on lingering issues, then write one change to test next week. Measured steps now strengthen your center for the days ahead.

6. Eight White Earth (八白土星, Happaku Dosei) — Score: 7/10

Today's Palace: Southwest Palace Compatibility: Harmonious (Same Element)

Steady progress comes through care and accumulation. Review money flows, supplies, and the small systems that keep life safe. Pay a bill early, renew a policy, or restock essentials. Check on family needs and plan for the season shift. Say yes to help with heavy lifting, and offer help in return. Beware of digging in on minor preferences; flexibility keeps things moving. End the day with a simple list for tomorrow. Calm, practical steps will add up fast.

7. Three Blue Wood (三碧木星, Sanpeki Mokusei) — Score: 3/10

Today's Palace: Northwest Palace Compatibility: Conflicting (Overcoming)

Not the day to force growth. Your drive may meet rules, delays, or quick critiques. Shift to health and setup. Do admin, maintenance, and quiet planning. Draft rather than launch, and limit meetings to one decision each. If a gatekeeper pushes back, thank them and ask what would make a yes. Save bold moves for later this week. Keep food and water steady and cut one stimulant; nerves run faster today. A short walk between tasks will steady your pace.

8. Four Green Wood (四緑木星, Shiroku Mokusei) — Score: 3/10

Today's Palace: West Palace Compatibility: Conflicting (Overcoming)

Social air is tricky today. Jokes and pitches can be misread. Keep messages brief and factual. Listen more than you speak. Choose email or a clear note over a chatty call. Move a big ask to tomorrow. Do low-risk follow-ups that only need confirmation. Avoid impulse buys or late-night scrolling; they drain you. If a dispute starts, lower your volume and restate the facts once. Let silence do some work. Protect your attention and your budget, and you will ride this out cleanly.

9. Six White Metal (六白金星, Roppaku Kinsei) — Score: 3/10

Today's Palace: South Palace Compatibility: Conflicting (Overcoming)

Lights are bright and small flaws show. Skip the big reveal. Work the checklist and fix two tiny issues that have lingered. Tune your tools, update firmware, and back up data. Keep presentations brief and reschedule Q&A if emotions spike. Ask a trusted peer to review numbers before they leave your desk. Pride may tempt you to defend every point; you do not need to. A measured silence travels farther than a long speech. Leave one clean page for tomorrow’s plan.

The day leans on basics and care: clear terms, tidy setups, steady follow-through. With early autumn just begun, small adjustments will travel far. Where one thank-you or one clarified step would smooth the next move, try it and see what opens.
