Let thanks make today's gains stick — 2026-07-27

Seven Red Metal sits at the center today, with Three Blue Wood shaping the month and One White Water steering the year. Under Shosho (Lesser Heat), when heat begins to intensify, talk moves fast and small deals land if you keep them simple. The day favors sociability, commerce, and quick connections. Two Black Earth, Three Blue Wood, Seven Red Metal, and Eight White Earth have the easiest run; everyone else does better slowing the pace, keeping messages plain, and guarding the calendar.

Today's Star: Seven Red Metal

To today's Seven Red Metal:

The bigger the spotlight, the more your thanks shape what lasts. Credit given today becomes tomorrow's support. Send one short thank-you note (message or voice) to the person who cleared a path for you this month, and name the specific thing they did.

Today's question: Who made today run this smooth, and can you thank them now?

1. Two Black Earth (二黒土星, Jikoku Dosei) — Score: 9/10

Today's Palace: South Palace Compatibility: Generative (Supporting)

Good visibility for Two Black Earth (Jikoku Dosei). Your steady work reads well today, so show one concrete result. Share a before-and-after, a photo, or a finished checklist. Follow up with people you support and make one clear, simple offer. Set an easy deadline and stick to it. Heads-up: it is tempting to promise too much. Keep scope tight and prices plain. Thank the helpers by name. A small treat or short walk at the end of the day will help you land the swing and keep tomorrow tidy.

2. Three Blue Wood (三碧木星, Sanpeki Mokusei) — Score: 9/10

Today's Palace: North Palace Compatibility: Generative (Supporting)

High start for Three Blue Wood (Sanpeki Mokusei). Make the first move early. Call, book, or publish the small version. A 30-minute pilot beats a perfect plan today. Use your natural pace, but end each push by noting the next action. Send one message that asks for a simple yes or no. Heads-up: enthusiasm can scatter your aim. Choose one lane and let the rest wait. Set a 48-hour checkpoint on the calendar before noon. Move your body once to keep mood and focus sharp.

3. Seven Red Metal (七赤金星, Shichiseki Kinsei) — Score: 9/10

Today's Palace: Central Palace Compatibility: Generative (Supporting)

Open doors for Seven Red Metal (Shichiseki Kinsei). People are warm to you today, so connect, sell, and close small loops. Reach out to three contacts, thank them, and make one clear offer. Host a short call or coffee that has a start and an end. Keep money and time in view and write down what you promise. Heads-up: it is easy to overshare, overspend, or slide into gossip. Set a time cap, keep receipts, and steer conversations back to the point with a calm smile.

4. Eight White Earth (八白土星, Happaku Dosei) — Score: 9/10

Today's Palace: Northwest Palace Compatibility: Generative (Being Supported)

Grounded momentum for Eight White Earth (Happaku Dosei). Solid changes stick today. Choose one domain—money, room, schedule, or habit—and make it safer and steadier. Move funds to savings, clear a shelf, or set a firm bedtime. Update a boundary and tell the person it affects. Heads-up: stubbornness can waste a good day. Ask for a second view and adjust a notch. Keep the change small enough to maintain for 30 days. Close with a quiet reward you actually like.

5. One White Water (一白水星, Ippaku Suisei) — Score: 3/10

Today's Palace: Northeast Palace Compatibility: Conflicting (Overcoming)

Today is slow for One White Water (Ippaku Suisei). Cut speed and keep your load light. Handle maintenance, messages, schedules, backups, and small fixes. Leave buffers between appointments. If a plan stalls, pause and gather more facts instead of pushing. Ask for clear next steps in writing. Heads-up: vague requests and mixed signals waste time. Repeat what you heard and confirm before you act. Save bold pitches for another day. Stop when you feel mental fog and reset with a glass of water or a short walk.

6. Four Green Wood (四緑木星, Shiroku Mokusei) — Score: 3/10

Today's Palace: Southwest Palace Compatibility: Conflicting (Being Overcome)

Today communication is sticky for Four Green Wood (Shiroku Mokusei). Conversations drift or get tangled. Keep messages short and practical. Delay any mass send, pitch, or announcement. Have one quiet check-in with the person who matters most to today’s task. Listen first, then reflect back what you heard. Heads-up: small slights sting more now; avoid snark, sarcasm, and side comments. If a plan needs a yes, give it one more day. A short walk or a tidy desk helps you reset and keep things steady.

7. Five Yellow Earth (五黄土星, Goou Dosei) — Score: 3/10

Today's Palace: East Palace Compatibility: Conflicting (Overcoming)

Pressure is high for Five Yellow Earth (Goou Dosei). This is not the day to force a turnaround or take everything to the center. Step back one pace and let the team move. Delegate one decision you picked back up. Tidy your workspace, clear an old file, and settle a small overdue bill. Heads-up: blunt tone lands harder than you think. Ask, do not order. Save structural changes and ultimatums for later in the week. End the day by writing three lines on what to stop controlling.

8. Six White Metal (六白金星, Roppaku Kinsei) — Score: 3/10

Today's Palace: Southeast Palace Compatibility: Conflicting (Being Overcome)

Friction for Six White Metal (Roppaku Kinsei). Plans creak and small parts go missing. Keep deadlines soft and scopes simple. Do a 15-minute preflight on tools, vehicles, and key files. Read fine print and confirm specs with a quick call. Heads-up: pride can block good help. Ask a peer to review your plan and invite corrections. Drop one nonessential promise to free space. If tempers rise, step outside, breathe, and reset your tone before you re-enter the room.

9. Nine Purple Fire (九紫火星, Kyushi Kasei) — Score: 3/10

Today's Palace: West Palace Compatibility: Conflicting (Being Overcome)

Low burn for Nine Purple Fire (Kyushi Kasei). You may feel unseen or tempted to prove a point. Do not chase the room. Work on drafts, study, and edit. Collect sources, clean up a slide, and file images and notes. Keep your posts and replies light or skip them. Heads-up: reactions jump fast now. Add a pause before sending and sleep on anything public. Drink water, go outside once, and save the next reveal for a brighter window.

As the heat builds, quick words carry weight. Notice how clear boundaries and simple asks speed up replies today. What is the one small loop you can close before evening?
