Earn today’s tailwind with effort and thanks — 2026-08-15

Six White Metal holds the center today, with Two Black Earth shaping the month and One White Water setting the year’s backdrop. We’re in Risshuu (Beginning of Autumn), when heat peaks and the air begins to shift. Clear plans and firm decisions set the tone; detail and timing matter. Six White Metal, Eight White Earth, and Nine Purple Fire have the smoothest run; Four Green Wood and Seven Red Metal move steadily, while the rest should slow down and protect time.

Today's Star: Nine Purple Fire

To today's Nine Purple Fire:

A strong tailwind is earned twice: by effort and by thanks. Attention lasts when you share the spotlight. Send two short thank-you notes with one concrete detail each. If you post or present today, add one line naming someone who helped.

Today's question: Who made today’s visibility possible—can you name them now?

1. Six White Metal (六白金星, Roppaku Kinsei) — Score: 9/10

Today's Palace: Central Palace Compatibility: Generative (Supporting)

This is a clean, decisive day for Six White Metal. Lead with a simple plan and make the call others are waiting for. Fix a small system, align roles, or set a deadline everyone can see. Ask two questions, decide, and move. Perfection will try to delay you, so choose a clear version and ship it. Check your tone so authority lands as support, not pressure. Share credit early. A short debrief at day’s end will lock in the gains and show the next step.

2. Eight White Earth (八白土星, Happaku Dosei) — Score: 9/10

Today's Palace: West Palace Compatibility: Generative (Being Supported)

You have solid footing today. Lock in a steady change you have delayed: a savings transfer, a recurring block on your calendar, or a storage fix at home. Build the next layer rather than hunting for a leap. Quiet persistence will carry far. If someone tries to rush you, keep your pace and explain your steps once. The risk is stubborn checking that stalls action. Choose, note it, and move. A short evening reset of your space will help tomorrow start clear.

3. Nine Purple Fire (九紫火星, Kyushi Kasei) — Score: 9/10

Today's Palace: Northeast Palace Compatibility: Generative (Being Supported)

Visibility favors you today. Share, present, or publish something finished enough to help others. Teach what you know in plain words. Name the people who made it possible. If you have an application or proposal ready, send it. Proofread once and check names; small errors stand out when attention is high. Avoid drama or point-scoring. Let the work speak, and keep moving. End the day by noting what landed well so you can repeat it next time.

4. Four Green Wood (四緑木星, Shiroku Mokusei) — Score: 7/10

Today's Palace: East Palace Compatibility: Harmonious (Same Element)

Communication flows for you today. Use it to reconnect and spread one clear message. Send updates, confirm dates, and make a gentle ask to a warm contact. Keep your tone simple and your offer specific. A 20-minute outreach block will carry farther than scattered chatting. If choices branch too wide, pick the path that keeps relationships open. Watch for over-promising or saying yes just to be liked. You do not need to fill every silence. Close the loop on one thread you have let drift.

5. Seven Red Metal (七赤金星, Shichiseki Kinsei) — Score: 7/10

Today's Palace: Northwest Palace Compatibility: Harmonious (Same Element)

Social plans and outreach go well today. Share updates, enjoy company, and make one tidy offer. Check your pricing, wording, or invite list before you send. A brief call can close what long messages could not. Keep celebrations short and clean so you leave on a high note. Skip gossip and impulse buys; they undo progress fast. If a chat turns heavy, set a lighter time to revisit it. End the day by thanking one person who helped your work move.

6. One White Water (一白水星, Ippaku Suisei) — Score: 3/10

Today's Palace: South Palace Compatibility: Conflicting (Being Overcome)

Today puts you in the spotlight more than you want. Keep your schedule light and your replies short. Handle information and small logistics, not big choices. Confirm one key detail with a quick call before you move. Save travel, sign-offs, and confrontations for another day. If someone pushes for an answer, say when you will respond and stick to it. Watch for sharp words from others; do not mirror them. A short walk or a quiet ride between tasks will help you reset.

7. Two Black Earth (二黒土星, Jikoku Dosei) — Score: 3/10

Today's Palace: North Palace Compatibility: Conflicting (Being Overcome)

This is a low-gear day. Keep to routine and protect your base. Do simple care tasks: laundry, meal prep, tidying a drawer, updating a checklist. Support one person quietly rather than trying to fix everything. If extra work arrives, ask for a clear due date and say no when it is vague. Move money or resources slowly and double-check amounts. Guilt may try to make you overextend; do not let it. Early bedtime helps you reset for a steadier run tomorrow.

8. Three Blue Wood (三碧木星, Sanpeki Mokusei) — Score: 3/10

Today's Palace: Southwest Palace Compatibility: Conflicting (Being Overcome)

You want to start something, but today resists new growth. Put fresh pitches and bold training aside. Use the time to clear one snag that blocks you: a repair, a form, a follow-up email. Stretch, hydrate, and take a short walk to steady your pace. Ask for help rather than forcing it. If a conversation turns into a tug-of-war, pause and pick it up tomorrow. Small wins matter more than speed right now. End the day by listing the three steps you will try next week.

9. Five Yellow Earth (五黄土星, Goou Dosei) — Score: 3/10

Today's Palace: Southeast Palace Compatibility: Conflicting (Overcoming)

Your instinct is to direct, but today rewards restraint. Step back from center stage. Let processes run and watch what they show you. Document a workflow, clean a shared folder, or hand off one decision with clear notes. Give yourself a deadline extension rather than forcing a call you may regret. Keep your tone soft in meetings. Pride and impatience are the main traps. If a power struggle starts, leave it for another day. Protect sleep and food breaks so your judgment stays even.

Clear calls and tidy timing move things today. Notice where one firm decision cancels three minor hassles. What single detail, if confirmed, would save you an hour tomorrow?
